We operate vacation rentals ourselves.
With our sister operation SURFERSHOME we run our own vacation rentals in the Bernese Oberland. Guest communication, cleaning, tourist tax and billing are daily practice for us – not a theoretical offering. This operational knowledge flows directly into the management of your vacation rental.

How do I keep track of bookings and billing?
Through your personal owner portal: bookings, activities, documents and statements are available at any time – always up to date.
How is my vacation rental marketed?
We manage inquiries, confirmations and payments across all common booking platforms and handle review management for a strong online reputation.
How long am I contractually bound?
Our management mandate can be cancelled monthly – no minimum term, no risk.
